Hellenic Navy forges ahead with Elli-class modernisation
The Hellenic Navy has taken delivery of the fourth of six Elli-class (S Type) frigates that are undergoing mid-life modernisation (MLM) work intended to extend their service lives to 2020. HS Limnos - the first Batch 2 frigate to be refitted - was handed over at the Hellenic Shipyards facility in Skaramangas, Athens, on 28 January
