US 'boarding school' expands to East Africa

A US Navy (USN) frigate is in the vanguard of efforts by US Africa Command (AFRICOM) to expand its Africa Partnership Station (APS) initiative from the Gulf of Guinea across the continent to Kenya, Tanzania and Mozambique.
