MAYPORT, Fla. (June 12, 2009) Rear Adm. Victor G. Guillory, incoming commander of U.S. Naval Forces Southern Command, U.S. 4th Fleet, salutes the colors while listening to the national anthem at the Naval Forces Southern Command, 4th Fleet change of command ceremony at Naval Station Mayport. Guillory relieved Rear Adm. Joseph D. Kernan as Naval Forces Southern Command, 4th Fleet Commander.
